The service
Atropos provides analysis tools for NFL survivor pools: simulations, win-probability estimates, pick planning, and portfolio construction. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms.
What Atropos is not
Atropos is an information product. It does not operate contests, accept entries or wagers, handle prize money, or place picks on your behalf. Your contest entries, the fees you pay to contest operators, and your compliance with the laws that apply to you are entirely your own responsibility. You must be 18 or older to use the service.
Atropos is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the NFL, any NFL team, Splash Sports, Circa Sports, DraftKings, or any other contest operator. All trademarks belong to their owners.
Simulations are estimates
Projections, probabilities, and recommendations are outputs of statistical models run on public sporting data. They are estimates, not promises. Real seasons deviate from simulated ones, and no output of the service guarantees survival, winnings, or any contest outcome.
Accounts
Keep your sign-in method (your email inbox or Google account) secure — it is the key to your account. You're responsible for activity under your account. One account per person.
Purchases
Paid access is sold as a one-time purchase covering a single NFL season, processed through Stripe. A 2026 season pass grants access through the end of the 2026 season (February 2027), after which it expires. Nothing renews automatically and there are no recurring charges — access to a future season is a new purchase at then-current pricing. Refunds are at our discretion except where the law requires otherwise; if a purchase is refunded in full, the access it granted is revoked. Pass contents may be extended or improved during the season; what a pass includes is described at the point of purchase.
Acceptable use
Don't scrape, bulk-export, resell, or republish the service's data or subscriber content; don't share gated content outside your account; don't probe, overload, or interfere with the service. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Intellectual property
Amalgara LLC owns the service, its models, and its content. Your account and any season pass grant a personal, non-transferable license to use them for your own contest play. Your saved picks and settings remain yours.
Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Amalgara LLC's total liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for contest losses, missed picks, or indirect damages.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
Changes
We may update these terms; updates are posted here with a new effective date, and continued use after an update is acceptance of it.
