What we collect
- Account: your email address, and — if you sign in with Google — the name and profile photo Google shares. Magic-link sign-in collects only your email.
- App data: the routes, planner state, and settings you save, synced to your account so they follow you across devices.
- Billing: season-pass purchases are processed by Stripe. We store your access tier and Stripe customer reference. Card numbers never touch our servers.
- Usage: anonymous, cookie-free page analytics (Vercel Web Analytics) and standard server logs.
Cookies
One session cookie keeps you signed in.
How it's used
To run the product: authenticate you, sync your saved work, process your season pass, and send transactional email (sign-in links, receipts, replies to your support requests).
Who processes it
Service providers acting on our instructions: Vercel (hosting and analytics), Neon (database), Resend (transactional email), Stripe (payments), and Google (optional sign-in). Each receives only what its function requires.
If Amalgara LLC is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, account data may transfer as part of that transaction; this policy continues to apply to it until updated with notice.
Retention and deletion
Account data is kept while your account is active. Email support@atropos.gg to access, export, or delete your data; deletion removes your account record and saved app data, subject to records we must keep for billing or legal compliance.
Age
Atropos is not directed to anyone under 18.
Changes
Updates to this policy are posted on this page with a new effective date.
